THE BUILDING PROCESS
As a custom builder your needs are our top priority.
Jon Rutter Builder approaches each build with uncompromising quality and craftsmanship.

We will discuss lot location to consider restrictions and covenants for your build.
If you don't have a plan drawn at this stage, that is okay. We can help with that too.

Now is also when you would want to talk with a bank or lender for preliminary pre-approval.
Unless you plan on self-financing, this would be a good time to have a better idea of what you may be pre-approved for.
1
This meeting is when we will discuss financing, budget, house plans, and style and amenities.
This is the time when you tell us everything you have been dreaming about so we can ensure that it budget and expectations are met.
2
Once we have put together the pricing for the project, we will sit down and go over everything and answer any questions you may have.
If the price is acceptable, and the contract/specifications are signed, then you can go to the bank for formal application.
3
Throughout the building process, your home will be visited and monitored daily.

Customers will be given updated timelines of when selections need to be made in order to have everything run smoothly and in a timely manner.
We are committed to keeping all lines of communications open to assist in any question or concern throughout the building process.

Once the construction nears completion, we review all additions or credits with owners. A punch list of final touches will be taken care of to have the house move-in ready. We then provide the home owners with a certificate of completion, certificate of occupancy, and a copy of the home owner’s warranty.
